Terms:
- Sale by silent bidding that ends July 15th. Seller retains the right to extend auction if reserve is not met.
- To participate in bidding, buyer shall be financially qualified to purchase the subject property.
- To register to bid, a bidder will need to have a valid credit card.
- Any offer must specify the price per property.
- All Broker participation offers , must be submitted in writing, using the PAR-ASC form or PAR – ASR form
- Must be the same as cash, with no contingencies.
- All active bidders will be notified when the high bid advances. When they are the high bidder, they will be notified if they are then outbid.
- Any bidder newly entering the bidding process, on the final bidding day must exceed any existing bids by a minimum of $10,000.
- Any bid submitted within the last 15 minutes of the bidding process, will automatically extend the auction between the top bidders only.
- In the event that the reserve price has been met, the bidding will cease at 12 PM, July 15, 2020. Otherwise, the seller reserves the right to negotiate with the high bidder OR to extend the silent bidding process.
- A non-refundable down payment (10% of sale price) must be made within 12 hours of winning the high bid.
- Settlement needs to be scheduled for 11/30/20 unless negotiated differently between buyer and seller.
- Transfer taxes to be paid by the buyer. Real Estate taxes to be prorated.
