Christ Taylor

REALTOR, Manager, Auctioneer

I am married to Susie (Beiler).  We own a farm in the Little Britain area of Southern Lancaster County.  My interests include just about anything outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.  I love history and enjoy traveling to places full of historic buildings and legends.  (I grew up in the Oxford area of Chester County more specifically “Hickory Hill” for those with local knowledge of the area).  I have experience in dairy, mushrooms, crop farming and equestrian operations.  My father was a dairyman, mushroom grower and crop farmer.  My mother was an avid horse person.

My farming and equestrian background along with my sincere interest in the Agricultural community has contributed greatly to my success as one of the area’s leading Realtors and Auctioneers in Farm and Land sales.  Put your trust into an experienced fulltime Realtor and Auctioneer.  Plan the sale of your property with someone who knows farms and remember, unlike a lot of other realtors and auctioneers: I’ll be there planning before, assisting during and still available after your sale!

Wilmer Martin

REALTOR & Auctioneer

Growing up on my parent’s 47 acre family farm in Lancaster County as given me a deep appreciation for the farming community and the agriculture industry. I now live in New Holland PA with my wife of 18 years, Joanne and my son Waylon.

I worked on my parent’s family farm until I was 17 years old. I then worked in construction and landscaping for 10 years. In the past 10 years I have been a salesman and recently earned my auctioneer license. I am deeply rooted in and enjoy serving the ag community.

I bring my passion to help people succeed in life to my career in real estate. Helping others find their dream home or sell property is fulfilling to me. I am outgoing and friendly and am committed to helping my clients have a successful real estate transaction or auction.

Elvin Stoltzfus

REALTOR & Auctioneer

I have years of experience in crop, dairy, and produce farming due to my family being on a dairy farm and my involvement with produce growers over the years. We were raised on a farm in Honey Brook, PA where I lived and worked till I was twenty years old.    Later in my life I met Dorothy Schrock, while teaching in a private school in Illinois. We got married in 1995 and now have 3 sons and 3 daughters. Our home is a 14 acre farmette, called Solid Rock Homestead on the outskirts of Honey Brook.  For 12 years, our family owned and operated The Stoltzfus Garden, a retail produce operation in the Shillington Farmers Market in Berks County. It was during this time that I became interested in the real estate needs of the Berks County Ag community and decided to obtain my PA real estate license. I chose to join Beiler-Campbell because of the Agriculture expertise in the Ag division and also the customer care that I saw in the company. From 2006 to 2009 I was active in Ag, Commercial, and Residential real estate sales in the Tri-County area.

In 2009 , God called us to serve with Christian Aid Ministries in Liberia, West Africa. There, I managed the distribution of approximately $11 million worth of donated medical supplies annually. Later in 2010, I was moved to the position of managing the Christian Aid Ministries Orphan Support Program in Liberia. There, we supported with food, medicine, education and moral training more than 2,700 children every month in 40 different orphanages and 20 different church groups spread all over Liberia.  I was also blessed by being able to assist native Liberians in the purchasing of real estate in their own country. This experience was GREAT, due to the fact that all transactions there were “BUYER BEWARE”. During their late civil war, the national archives had been vandalized and therefore the deed records were nearly non-existent. From this scenario, some great and also some very heartbreaking experiences were brought to my attention and then ultimately needed some type of intervention or mediation by people like myself. Living and working abroad has been by far, one of the most personal growth-producing experiences in my life. When we returned to Pennsylvania in August 2014, I returned to the real estate world again, renewed license and have been active in representing buyers and sellers in a broad spectrum of real estate transactions.

I bring to the table, experience in selling farms, farmettes, multi-unit residential buildings, residential, and hunting properties. I strive to operate in a highly professional and honest manner. It is my goal to keep the interest of my clients first.

Professional Background:

–  Medical Program Director- (2009-2010) Christian Aid Ministries, Liberia, West Africa
– Orphan Support Program- (2010-2014) Christian Aid Ministries, Liberia, West Africa

Personal Hobbies & Interests:
* Serving God with a clean and honest heart
* Leading my family into a solid future based on God’s Promises
* Ice hockey, table tennis and small-scale farming
* Working in Haiti, Liberia, and Kenya through Christian Aid Ministries’ Micro Loan Program

I maintain a strong interest in the local farm & land market and stay very up to date on farming transactions. I have a sincere desire to work for my clients and give them honest and the most recent Ag information available. If you are thinking of buying a farm or selling yours, I would be happy to assist you as a Realtor.  At Beiler-Campbell, we can also assist in any auction needs you may have including Real Estate, Farm Equipment, and personal estate auction. We specialize in helping you liquidate anything Agriculture related whether it’s listing your property via Realtor or the Auction method. Beiler-Campbell has proven that we can be successful, no matter what method we use. Plan the sale of your farm with people who know the Ag community. Whether you are thinking of buying or selling I am always happy to assist in marketing/selling your property, or showing you a property that fits your needs.

Hire The Right Auctioneer

There are many complexities involved in executing a successful Auction. Taxation, financing, zoning, preservation and conservation easements, Act 319 “Clean & Green” assessments, residential allocations, improvement depreciation, livestock/animal contracts, Tax Deferred exchanges, coal, gas, oil, and other mineral rights, are all factors that should be discussed long before sale day. A professional, full time auctioneer with real estate knowledge can provide sound advise that will help you make wise decisions in regards to the sale of a property.

We bring professionalism, confidentiality, ethics and integrity to each transaction. We get great satisfaction and joy in pulling the pieces together to accomplish your goals that not only include getting it sold, but getting it sold at the best price, least amount of taxation, and in a time frame that you desire.

We are full time Auctioneers and Realtors and service Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. We all work together as a team, so no matter where you are, we can provide service you!
