ABOUT THE CLINIC FOR SPECIAL CHILDREN: The Clinic for Special Children was established in 1989 as a non-profit medical service for
children with complex medical needs. The Clinic’s mission is to serve children and adults who suffer from genetic and other complex medical
disorders by providing comprehensive medical, laboratory, and consultative services, and by increasing and disseminating knowledge of science and
medicine. Today, CSC cares for over 1,100 active patients from 42 states and 17 countries and treats over 400 unique disorders.
