Benefit Auction

Auction Location: Faith High School, 5085 Woodland Drive, Kinzers, PA 17535

Food available at 4 P.M. —– Auction starts at 5:30 P.M. —– Parking and horse tie available on site.

Spread the word to family and friends, anyone is welcome!

Auction Details:

Auction items are “service ticket items” provided by each patron and each teacher/classroom.

Children’s raffle will be held. Winners will be drawn at end of auction.

Auction Item Ideas:

  • A singing for grandparents or widows.
  • Pizza party.
  • A summer night at a pond or pool.
  • Girls tea parties.
  • Couples night for supper.
  • Golf outing.
  • A night of babysitting.
  • Special homemade food ticket.
  • Boys camp outing with a few father mentors
  • Car detailing
  • Get aways for families or couples
  • Night of mulching.

Updated list of ticket items will be provided approx. 1 week prior of auction.

Consignor-Seller Details:

  1. Bring a copy of each ticket you plan to sell. If you are selling a ticket that will have multiple buyers, we will need a ticket to give to each buyer. These do not need to be fancy and can be simple 3×5 cards.
  2. If you want something for us to read prior to selling your ticket that has more information and detail on it than what is listed on the current ticket list please provide those details with one or all the tickets.
  3. Bring your tickets in an envelope and have it to the auction by 4:30 so we can get it organized in time for the auction.

Note to buyers…

Buy tickets to give to other family, friends, and neighbors. * Bless someone else. Take them with you to the meal/adventure. * We want buyers outside of our school. Invite family and friends! * If you cannot be at the auction, then send one of your school children with your wallet and plenty of money in it

Cash or check only.  We will NOT be accepting credit cards.
